I just can’t do it! For the life of me I cannot make myself diet. I’m tempted by everything bad for me, and the idea of the gym has gone right out the window. I need to get back on track ASAP. What is the trick- someone please let me know. I need to fit into my wedding gown in almost 4 months!!!!!

my advice? stop thinking of it as a diet!!! diets (in my opinion…) don’t work – you just need to change your thinking. Drink lots of water, moderate foods (but don’t starve yourself or swear off something altogether, that never works for me)and find some exercise you enjoy so it doesn’t feel like a chore. I’ve been going to danceclass a couple of times a week – turns out I’m toning up and have lost some weight and I didn’t even notice I was having so much fun!!
I went through the same thing! but now have gained the weight back s=after the weeding… lol.. I have to get back on track..!
